1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and anlanda llc ("anlanda llc," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the BuzzTalk mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, tapping an acceptance control, accessing the Service, posting content, or using a social feature, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Child Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and adults-only access
You may use BuzzTalk only if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live;
- you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
- you are not prohibited by law from using the Service;
- you have not previously been removed or banned from BuzzTalk unless we expressly authorize your return.
You must provide truthful age and eligibility information. We may request reasonable age or identity verification where permitted by law. If we believe a user is under 18, we may immediately restrict or remove the account and take other safety action.
3. Accounts and account security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep your profile reasonably up to date.
- Create and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Protect your device and credentials and do not sell, share, transfer, or lend your account.
- Tell us promptly at carlaperez15992@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may sign in through a supported provider. Your use of that provider remains subject to its terms and privacy practices.
4. Limited right to use BuzzTalk
While you comply with these Terms, anlanda llc grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended social communication purposes. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Community rules and prohibited conduct
You are responsible for your conduct and content, including profile information, photos, audio, video, messages, comments, live communications, and off-platform conduct connected to another BuzzTalk user. You must not use BuzzTalk to create, upload, send, request, store, promote, facilitate, or link to content or behavior involving:
Child safety violations
- any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including real, fictional, illustrated, altered, or AI-generated depictions;
- sexualization of a person under 18, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or arranging sexual contact with a child;
- requests for, offers of, or instructions to obtain or distribute sexual imagery involving a child;
- misrepresenting your age or another person's age to enable access by a child or evade our safety measures.
Sexual exploitation and objectionable content
- nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, unwanted sexual behavior, or sexual services;
- human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, coercion, blackmail, or threats to share intimate content;
- graphic violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, or content that promotes serious physical harm.
Abuse, deception, and illegal activity
- harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, discrimination, doxxing, or repeated unwanted contact;
- impersonation, scams, romance fraud, requests for money, misleading promotions, spam, or coordinated manipulation;
- sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, gambling, or other unlawful goods, services, or activity;
- copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations;
- malware, automated accounts, scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, manipulation of purchases or virtual items, or interference with the Service;
- false or malicious reports, evasion of enforcement, or helping another person violate these Terms.
Zero tolerance: CSAE, CSAM, grooming, trafficking, sexual violence, and credible threats can result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reports to relevant authorities.
6. Your content and license to us
You retain ownership of content you create and own. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit that content and that it complies with these Terms.
To operate BuzzTalk, you grant anlanda llc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, format, adapt, translate, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely to operate, provide, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the Service. This license lasts while the content is available through the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, and content previously shared with others.
Choose carefully what you share. Other users may save, copy, record, or redistribute content despite our rules. Deleting content or an account may not remove copies already received or made by others.
7. Reporting, blocking, moderation, and enforcement
BuzzTalk provides in-app tools to report users or objectionable content and to block users. We may review reports and content using trained reviewers, technical systems, or both, consistent with applicable law.
We may remove or limit content, reduce distribution, issue warnings, restrict features, freeze transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent new accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users, or refer matters to law enforcement or child-protection authorities. We consider severity, context, risk, history, and applicable law, but serious violations may lead to immediate action without prior notice.
To report a concern, use the report option on the relevant profile, message, or content. You may also email carlaperez15992@gmail.com. Blocking is available from the relevant user's profile or interaction menu. If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may contact us, although we may limit information to protect users, investigations, and our safety systems.
8. Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items
BuzzTalk may offer virtual currency, gifts, premium functions, consumable items, or subscriptions (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Purchases made through Google Play or another app store are also governed by that platform's terms.
- Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money unless the law requires otherwise.
- Virtual Items may not be transferred, traded, resold, or used outside the Service except through a feature we expressly provide.
- Prices, packages, features, and availability may change. Applicable taxes may be added.
- Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the rules of the platform that processed the purchase.
- If a subscription renews automatically, manage or cancel it through the app-store account used for purchase before the renewal date.
- Deleting BuzzTalk does not cancel an app-store subscription. Account termination for a Terms violation does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.
9. Personal safety and interactions with others
BuzzTalk enables adults to interact, but we do not control everything users say or do and do not guarantee identity, background, intent, compatibility, or conduct. Use judgment and take precautions:
- never send money, financial credentials, passwords, or verification codes to another user;
- keep initial interactions in the Service, be careful with personal contact or location details, and stop communication that feels unsafe;
- if you choose to meet someone, meet in a public place, arrange your own transportation, and tell a trusted person your plans;
- use report and block tools for suspicious, abusive, underage, exploitative, or unwanted behavior;
- contact local emergency services or law enforcement if someone is in immediate danger. BuzzTalk is not an emergency service.
10. Our content and intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, trademarks, and other material supplied by anlanda llc or its licensors, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that material to you. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law.
11. Third-party services
The Service may depend on or link to third-party services, including sign-in providers, app stores, payment systems, analytics tools, and communication providers. We do not control third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct except to the extent required by law.
12. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, Virtual Items, or the Service as a whole. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Where reasonably possible and legally required, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect users.
13. Account deletion and termination
You may stop using BuzzTalk at any time and delete your account through the in-app Settings area or by following the external request process in the Privacy Policy. You must separately cancel any app-store subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, harm another person, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including content licenses already needed for legal or operational purposes, purchases, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." anlanda llc disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that users are truthful, that interactions will be safe or successful, or that the Service will always be available or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, anlanda llc and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, personal interactions, or user conduct arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless anlanda llc and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content or conduct, your material violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law or to the extent a claim results from anlanda llc's own conduct.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to anlanda llc and your use of the Service, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you and anlanda llc agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting the other party. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
17. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Child Safety Standards form the agreement between you and anlanda llc concerning BuzzTalk. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or business transfer, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version, update the date above, and provide additional notice or seek consent when required. Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where the law requires another form of acceptance.
