1. Our commitment
anlanda llc operates BuzzTalk as a social communication service only for adults aged 18 and older. We prohibit and do not tolerate any use of BuzzTalk to sexually abuse, exploit, groom, traffic, extort, sexualize, or otherwise endanger a child.
These standards apply to every account; public and private profiles; images, video, audio, text, messages, and live communications; user requests and links; and on-platform or related off-platform conduct involving a BuzzTalk user.
Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are strictly prohibited, regardless of intent, format, origin, or whether the material is real, altered, fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated.
2. Definitions
Child
Any person under 18 years old, regardless of the local age of consent or how a person describes themselves.
CSAE
Child sexual abuse and exploitation includes content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, grooms, traffics, extorts, solicits, or endangers a child.
CSAM
Child sexual abuse material includes any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a child and other material treated as CSAM under applicable law.
Grooming and sextortion
Building trust with, manipulating, threatening, or coercing a child for sexual activity, imagery, exploitation, money, or another benefit.
3. Prohibited content and behavior
Users must not use BuzzTalk, directly or indirectly, to:
- create, upload, possess, store, display, send, livestream, distribute, sell, request, trade, advertise, link to, or help another person obtain CSAM;
- depict, describe, role-play, or sexualize a child in a sexual context, including through cartoons, animation, altered media, synthetic media, or AI-generated content;
- groom a child, solicit sexual conversation or contact, request sexual images or video, arrange a meeting for sexual purposes, or encourage a child to move to another service for such conduct;
- engage in sextortion, blackmail, coercion, sexual threats, non-consensual intimate-image abuse, or threats involving a child's information or imagery;
- recruit, advertise, buy, sell, transport, harbor, or facilitate the trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child;
- share identifying, contact, or location information to expose a child to abuse, exploitation, stalking, or other serious harm;
- normalize, praise, instruct, promote, joke about, or advocate for sexual abuse or exploitation of children;
- misrepresent age, create an account for a child, let a child use an adult account, or help anyone bypass age or safety controls;
- fail to comply with a lawful child-safety investigation or retaliate against a person who makes a good-faith report;
- upload CSAM to report or condemn it. Reports must identify the account or content without copying, downloading, forwarding, or attaching illegal material.
4. Adults-only access and underage accounts
BuzzTalk is not designed for or directed to children. Every user must be at least 18 and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. Users must provide truthful age information and must not assist a child in accessing the Service.
We may use account information, user reports, technical signals, and reasonable age-assurance or verification measures to enforce this rule, subject to applicable law. If we reasonably believe an account is controlled or used by a person under 18, we may immediately restrict access, investigate, remove the account, prevent re-registration, and delete associated data except information that must be preserved for safety or legal reasons.
5. How users can report concerns
- In the BuzzTalk app: open the relevant user profile, message, conversation, or content; select the Report option; choose the closest safety reason; and submit available context. Use Block to stop further contact where appropriate.
- By email: contact carlaperez15992@gmail.com with the subject "BuzzTalk Child Safety Report." Include the reported BuzzTalk user ID, profile name, content or conversation reference, date and time, and a factual description.
- Immediate danger: contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. BuzzTalk is not an emergency service.
Do not download, screenshot, save, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Preserve only safe identifying details such as the profile name, user ID, URL or content reference, and time observed. Do not confront a suspected offender if doing so could increase risk to a child.
6. How BuzzTalk responds
When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or receive a credible CSAE report, our response may include:
- prioritizing and reviewing the report through authorized safety personnel and appropriate technical systems;
- limiting access to or removing violating content as promptly as reasonably possible;
- suspending or permanently terminating involved accounts, blocking re-registration, and restricting related devices or transactions where lawful;
- preserving relevant account, content, report, and technical records in a secure manner when required or permitted by law;
- reporting confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law;
- cooperating with valid law-enforcement and child-protection requests and taking steps to protect users from retaliation or further harm;
- reviewing related accounts, reports, or product risks to prevent repeated abuse.
We may not disclose investigative details, evidence, reporter identity, detection methods, or the full basis for enforcement when disclosure could compromise safety, privacy, legal obligations, or an active investigation.
7. Prevention, detection, and enforcement
Our child-safety program may combine published rules, age restrictions, in-app reporting and blocking, human review, account and device signals, content or behavior detection technologies, escalation procedures, enforcement records, and service-provider cooperation. Measures are applied in a way that reflects the Service's risks and applicable law.
anlanda llc may update detection and enforcement methods as threats, technology, law, and industry practices evolve. We also review severe incidents and recurring patterns to identify product, policy, and operational improvements.
9. Privacy, record handling, and reporter protection
We process safety-report information to assess reports, protect users, enforce our rules, comply with law, and improve our safety program. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes. Information may be disclosed to law enforcement, child-protection organizations, legal advisers, service providers, or others when required or permitted by law.
We do not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters. Knowingly false, abusive, discriminatory, or malicious reports may lead to enforcement. For more about personal information, retention, and rights, see the BuzzTalk Privacy Policy.
10. Review and updates
We review these standards as the Service, safety risks, laws, and recognized practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or another appropriate channel.
